2 Points Sound ("we", "us") operates Copilot (copilotmix.com) and AIMix (aimixingmastering.com), web-based AI music mixing and mastering services. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

• Account information. Your email address (and name, if you sign in with Google) so you can sign in and we can associate your plan with you. Sign-in is handled by Supabase; we never see or store passwords.
• Audio you upload. Audio files are processed to provide the service (stem separation, mixing, mastering). Processing is transient — files are handled in memory or short-lived processing storage and are not kept as a library on our servers. Your projects and mixes are stored locally in your own browser.
• Usage and billing records. Which plan you're on, credits used, and payment status. Payments are processed by Stripe — your card number never touches our servers.
• Analytics. We use Meta Pixel and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the sites are used and to measure advertising. These may set cookies and collect device and interaction data.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that make the product work: Supabase (authentication and database), Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), systeme.io (our email list — you can unsubscribe any time), Replicate (audio processing), Meta and Microsoft (analytics, as above). We do not sell your personal information.

Emails

We send transactional emails (sign-in links, billing notices) and, if you joined our list, occasional product emails. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link; transactional email is limited to what's needed to run your account.

Your choices

• You can request a copy of the personal data we hold or ask us to delete your account and its data by emailing support@2pointsmusic.com.
• You can unsubscribe from marketing email via the link in any message.
• You can clear locally stored projects at any time via your browser.

Data retention & security

Account and billing records are kept while your account exists and as required for tax and accounting. Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored with access controls; no method of storage is 100% secure, but we limit access to what the service needs.

Children

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
