The service

Copilot and AIMix are web-based AI music mixing and mastering tools. Free features let you try the product; downloads and certain features require a paid plan. We may improve, change, or retire features over time.

Your music

You own your music. Uploading audio grants us only the limited, temporary right to process it in order to deliver the service back to you. You're responsible for having the rights to any audio you upload. Processed results are yours to use however you like, including commercially.

Plans, payments & refunds

Subscriptions bill through Stripe on a recurring basis until canceled. You can cancel any time from your account; access continues through the period you've paid for.
Credit-limited plans reset their monthly credits each billing cycle; unused credits don't roll over.
Lifetime purchases are a one-time payment for ongoing access to the product they cover, for as long as we operate it.
If a renewal payment fails we'll email you and keep your access available during a grace window while you update your card, and offer the option to pause instead of cancel.

Fair use

Don't abuse the service: no attempts to circumvent plan limits, resell access, reverse-engineer the processing, or upload content that's unlawful or that you have no rights to. We can suspend accounts that do.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it fast and available, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted operation or that results will fit every artistic taste. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
